  • 1. How do I order a custom cake?

    To place an order for a custom cake, simply visit our "Contact Us" page or email. Please provide details about the event, cake size, flavor preferences, design ideas, and any special requests. Our team will reach out via email to discuss your cake or desserts.

  • 2. How far in advance should I place my order?

    We recommend placing your order between 2 months and 2 weeks in advance, especially for custom designs. However, if you need a cake outside that time frame, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • 3. Do you offer cake tastings?

    Yes! We offer cake tastings for special orders, allowing you to sample a selection of our flavors $10/flavor.  

    We also host Cake Tasting parties. We bake a good number of cakes on our website and allow you to eat or try as much cake as you’d like. Please reach out if interested in attending. Invite Only

  • 4. Do you offer custom flavors not listed on the website?

    Yes, If you have a flavor in mind that isn’t listed, let us know, and we’ll try to accommodate your request!

  • 6. Can I provide my own cake topper or decorations?

    Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your own cake topper, figurines, or other decorative items if you have something special in mind. We can also help you with cake toppers and decorations if you need assistance.

  • 7. How much does a custom cake cost?

    The price of a custom cake varies depending on the size, complexity of the design, and any special requests (e.g., custom flavors, intricate decorations). We’ll provide you with a quote after discussing your vision for the cake. Please refer to our cake pricing guide to estimate cake costs.

  • 8. Do you deliver?

    Yes, we offer cake delivery services within a specific radius for $40 for local delivery. Any delivery over 3o minutes is based on distance. Delivery fees depend on the location. For events outside our standard delivery range, we can discuss special arrangements. Pickup options are also available.

  • 9. Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?

    Possibly, we understand that plans can change! We will try our best to accommodate changes to your order. Some changes may include a change in price

  • 10. What should I do if I need to cancel my order?

    For custom cake order, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Since supplies and materials have already been purchased the deposit will not be returned. However, Cakes can be rescheduled for a different day.

  • 11. How should I store my cake before the event?

    Please refer to the Cake Instructions. All cakes should be kept in the refrigerator overnight, However, cake should be served at room temperature which could take several hours to soften depending on the size and room temperature. Cakes should sit a room temperature and avoiding direct sunlight for at least 4 hours.

  • 12. What is your refund policy?

    We strive to ensure every cake is perfect, but if you're dissatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to address any issues. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances. The customer assumes responsibility for the cake at pickup.
